    By agreeing to the above you are consenting to the University and its integrated companies holding your personal data for the purpose of fulfilling the reporting requirements of the Shared Prosperity Fund and Welsh Government Funding, including auditing, monitoring, reporting and accessing support from the project.

    Also for review by funders, and public bodies, in relation to planning, monitoring and production of statistical information, and for research by approved research organisations, for evaluative purposes, or equal opportunities monitoring. Research organisations will only contact a sample of individuals. If contacted, you may be asked about your experience of the Project, and the purpose of the interview, or survey, will be explained to you. Your contact details will only be used for approved research purposes, and held in accordance with the Data Protection Act (1998), General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR) and the University’s Privacy Policy.

    You can withdraw or change your consent at any time by contacting the Communications Officer on 01978 293401, or by emailing horticulturewales@wrexham.ac.uk or by writing to Horticulture Wales, Wrexham University, Mold Road, Wrexham LL11 2AW. Please note that all processing of your personal data will cease once you have withdrawn consent, other than where this is required by law, but this will not affect any personal data that has already been processed prior to this point. All original materials are only accessible to Horticulture Wales Staff and are held securely at the University Offices in Wrexham.

    No third party access is granted to any original materials.
    The Horticulture Wales Project often uses film and photo images for information and publicity purposes. As well as forming part of the project, we may use these images in evaluative reports, printed publications and publicity materials that we produce, as well as on our website and social media.
